Well, if you know anything about Kerri, you know that she loves food color! So for dinner she made me a special treat, we didn't just have chicken and rice again, we had chicken and BLUE rice, or as they say in spain Arroz azul. Does that sound magical or what? I'd say it was about 10 times better than just regular rice.
