Ha! We laugh in the face of danger. So we kind of went on a hike that had a big danger sign at the trail head... it was just something Brad had to do... hike behind Wailua Waterfalls. These are the waterfalls in the movie The Testaments. Kaci and I only made it 1/2 way, she got hungry and it got a little too treacherous to hike with a baby.

Here we are at the look out for the waterfalls, a very safe place to be. (check out the face brad and kaci are making, they crack me up!)

The legendary NaPali Coast! I have finally traveled to the oh so famous NaPali coast. I must say it lived up to everything anyone has ever said about it. Absolutely phenomenal!

This is Brad giving Kaci a break from the baby backpack, well right now it's a frontpack, but when she's bigger she can go on our backs. ERGO baby carriers are so wonderful. Kaci loves this thing! She cruises around in it for hours at a time!

Just a two mile hike along a cliff to get to this beach spot! We wanted to hike the other two to the waterfall, but we were running out of daylight. What a great hike! Kaci had a great time! Along the way we got one of two responses to having Kaci with us "you guys are awesome, way to go!" or "how old is your baby? you be careful, it's so muddy." Kaci was one of 3 infants on the hike, she was the youngest... and the cutest.

Waimea Canyon! Beautiful. A long drive to get to this lookout... Kaci would rather hike than drive. But we made it!!
